What are the delivery times?

You will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of order.

For on-demand / pre-order products, your items will be manufactured individually for you. This means that the delivery time can vary between 7 and 21 business days depending on the product category.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This way you can easily track the status of your shipment. Read more

What if I get the wrong product?

It is very important to us that your order arrives properly. Therefore, we pack them with the utmost care. However, if you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately. Support@etukclo.com or here.

Do you offer exchanges for defective items?

At ETUK, our warranty goes beyond 60 days because we want your pieces to not only look good, but last. If something doesn't fit well or needs to be repaired, we're there.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our main collections are currently produced in our atelier in Düsseldorf. Our tees are designed at our atelier and sourced from our production partner in Portugal. Passionate about fashion, our partner has over 20 years of experience developing collections for luxury streetwear brands.

How to take care of my product?

You can find all the information about caring for your new favorite piece on the product page. In addition, care labels are attached, on which you can read how you can optimally care for your new favorite piece.

How do I get more info about my product?

At ETUK, we have more than 30 days for you because we want your products to look good and last long. That's why we have developed "Easy Fixing".

Easy Fixing is our lifetime repair service worth €300, which is free for all products worth more than €150.
